
AMCFitness HOME Subscription
Welcome to the AMCFitness HOME subscription.
This is a hypertrophy program where we will aim to build muscle at home!
This plan will consist of the following:
- 4 workouts per week
- 2 lower body workouts & 2 upper body workouts
- a nutritional guidebook is included (please read)
- this plan can be followed in a calorie surplus (gaining muscle mass) or a calorie deficit (shedding fat)
- a new training phase every 4 weeks
Equipment needed:
- a long resistance band
- a set of light dumbbells/ kettlebells
- a set of heavy dumbbells/ kettlebells
*NOTE: no meal plan is provided with this plan! The nutritional guidebook has all the information needed in order for you to reach your goals. The AMCFitness app also links to MyFitnessPal, where you can log your food, track your calories and macros. The best way to reach your specific goals is through education and flexible dieting.
This is a monthly subscription, but can be self- cancelled (by you) at anytime. There are no refunds issued once the month has been paid for. If cancelled, your account will stay active until the end of the next billing cycle and will not auto renew.
Your plan will begin on Monday. The workouts are input on your calendar but you have the power to move the workouts to the days that suit you best.
