What’s included?

1-1 Personal training sessions
1 hour personal training session with me, in Snapfitness Navan. We will go through everything from your nutrition, calories and macros, training plan, exercises, the app, habit creation and anything else you feel you may need support with.

Tailor made workout programme
I will design a programme based on your goals, past training history, injuries, time constraints etc. It is 100% personalised to you.

Program reviews
The minimum commitment I need from you is 4 weeks. During our PT session, I will review your progress and design the nect phase of your coaching block.

Nutrition coaching
You will get a personal calorie and macro target - I do NO give out meal plans. I want you to learn how to balance the foods you love, and not feel restricted. This is done through education. You will also receive the AMCFitness monthly recipe guide - a guidebook with over 15 new recipes EVERY month, & each recipe has macros included as well as a scannable barcode for MyFitnessPal.

Weekly Check-ins
Check ins are done weekly via phone call/ email/ in person, depending on which level of Advanced Coaching you choose.

You can reach me at anytime through the messaging service in my app. I will answer any questions within a 24 hours.

This plan is designed for those who want the benefits on 1-1 personal training and online coaching. This package delivers a tailor made fitness programme, designed specifically for you and is delivered through the AMCFitness

With the added bonus of meeting me for 1-1 sessions every month too! You can choose from 3 different packages to allow for all budget types! Here, I can access progress, answer any and all questions, check form and change or alter the program as needed.
