This is a 4-day per week training split. The aim is to build muscle, using both upper and lower body days. This plan can be done in a calorie surplus, maintenance or a calorie deficit depending on your individual goals.

You will need access to free-weights and machines for this plan.

HOME.

This is a 4-day per week training split designed for at - home workouts. You will need basic equipment like free weights and resistance bands.

This plan can be done in a calorie deficit/ surplus or at maintenance, depending on your goals.

Upper-Focused.

This is a 4-day per week training split. The aim is to build muscle, and consists of an upper body focused split. This plan can be done in a calorie surplus, maintenance or a calorie deficit depending on your individual goals.
