Tailored Workout Program
My programmes are tailored to you and based on YOUR goals.

Program delivered through AMCFitness app
You get access to my app which includes video demos, a messaging service, nutritional guidance and a downloadable non-restrictive dietary guide, sleep and habit tracking and much more.

Bi-Weekly Check-ins
Check ins are done via phone/ video call at least once every two weeks. You will also be asked to check in via email every Sunday. Pictures and stats are also uploaded to my app.

Nutrition Coaching
You will get a personal calorie and macro target - I do NOT give out meal plans. I want you to learn how to incorporate the foods you enjoy into your calorie goal, and to not feel restricted. This is done through education. You will also receive the AMCFitness monthly recipe guide - a guidebook with over 15 new recipes EVERY month, & each recipe has macros included as well as a scannable barcode for MyFitnessPal.

24/7 Chat Support
You can reach me at anytime through the messaging service in my app. I will answer any questions within a 24 hours.

Program Reviews
The minimum commitment I need from you is 12 weeks. You will receive a new training phase every 6 weeks. By using my app, you will be recording the weight you lift each session. This will allow me to review and design the next phase of your plan.

Online Coaching.
Wherever you are, my aim is to bring you an exceptional training programme, tailored directly to you. Through your 12 week tailor made fitness programme, I will hep you to focus on developing habits and behaviours that will stick with you long term. Don’t worry if you’ve struggled to stay motivated and get results in the past. It’s not your fault that you didn’t know which foods and exercises work best for your body! That’s why all workout plans are personalized to YOUR goals, fitness level and workout preferences.
You have the freedom to decide how often you train each week and whether you workout in the gym or in the comfort of your own home! Developing a plan that allows you a degree of flexibility is key.
To make things super easy for you, I will tell you the reps, sets and rest times of each workout. All you'll have to do is open your plan and follow along at home or the gym.
Each workout is delivered on the AMCFitness app where there are workout instructions for every exercise. I always focus on executing each exercise with PROPER FORM and to make sure you do too, there will be video demonstrations available for each exercise on your app.
Your plan will be updated at the 6 week mark, so you are always progressing towards your goals and breaking through plateaus.
The app also syncs up with myfitnesspal and your fitbit/apple watch so I can monitor your calorie intake.
